Monday 29 April to Friday 3 May
Refreshment, encouragement and growing in your Christian faith is the aim of this five-day course here in the beautiful Lake District.
“Above all, this is about enabling you to meet with God - with others and on your own - to grow in your relationship with God, wherever you’re starting from.” - James Robson, Ministry Director
In this course, we’ll be hearing from the Lord through the book of Habakkuk, as God’s prophet engages with his Lord. Jonathan Lamb will be bringing us a series of five expositions on the book. We’ll also be looking at how others in the Bible engage with God, and we’ll be learning from them.
Other speakers include Peter Maiden and the Rev Dr Emma Ineson, who is set to be the next Bishop of Penrith. The worship will be led by Andrew Gosden.
In the beautiful surroundings of the Lake District, you’ll have space and time to meet with God - to listen to His Word, to meditate on it, to delight in Him, and to respond to Him - with praise, prayer and renewed discipleship.
You’ll be able to share fellowship with Christians from other churches and other places, and learn from them and be encouraged by them.
The afternoons will be free, with suggested activties to enable you to have fellowship with others, and for you to enjoy all that Keswick and the Lake District has to offer.
Sign up to come if...
• you want to be refreshed and encouraged in your walk with the Lord in the beautiful setting of the Lake District
• you want your prayer life to develop and grow
• you want to share fellowship with other Christians from different backgrounds
