Kids (3-11's)

Kids love to come to Keswick! And whether it’s your first year or you have been several times before, there will be great team members to meet and new friends to be made. All this, while getting to know more about the Bible and how we can learn to live for Jesus.

Caters for all those aged 3 to 11.

Sessions coincide with morning Bible Readings, with an additional session for 8-11’s to coincide with the Evening Celebrations.

A wonderful week of sharing, games, learning and worship.

This year, Week 1 will be led by Tom Putt, a Children’s Worker in a local church, and Weeks 2 & 3 by Colin Draper, a Scripture Union Evangelist.  The Scripture Union teams aim to provide good quality Bible teaching in a fun-filled, and friendly environment. We get excited by God’s Word and want the children to feel the same. All the teaching is Bible centred and builds on the foundation laid by many of the children's own families and churches.  It is amazing to see how much the children grow in their faith during a week at Keswick - as well as building new friendships!

Children need to be registered for K4K – forms are available from the Convention Reception at Skiddaw Street or the appropriate K4K venue.

All timings are such that parents can drop off and pick up their children without missing any of their programme and priority is given to parents on the minibus departing from the Main Tent needing to collect children from Rawnsley.

There is a well-equipped crèche with TV relay for parents to supervise their own babies/preschoolers on the Skiddaw Street site.  These facilities are available during the morning Bible Readings and Evening Celebrations.  Parents can take young children into the Evening Celebrations but we would ask you to be sensitive about noise and disruption for others.
