Deaf Stream - new for Keswick08!

Monday 28 July to Friday 1 August (WK3)

Time: 11.15am - 12.30pm

Venue: Friends Meeting House

This stream is a new initiative for Convention this year, and seeks to provide an accessible series of bible readings for those whose first language is BSL. The Bible Readings will be led by Christine (Chris) Kerr. Chris, born in Surrey, and now living in Ireland has wide experience in serving the deaf community through Bible studies, and has a BA from the Open University. The Bible Readings will work through the book of Colossians, seeking to recognise the centrality, simplicity and sufficiency of Jesus Christ.

Thursday 3pm - 4pm in the Friends Meeting House

In addition to these morning sessions, there will be a one-off seminar for anyone interested in signing in their local church.
