HOW TO APPLY
You must be over 18 by the event in order to volunteer. As part of the application process you will be required to provide references and information to obtain an enhanced disclosure through the Criminal Records Bureau. You will need to be able to give a 5-year UK address history for this. Unfortunately we cannot accept applications where a visa is required.
Application process for Keswick2012 (All teams):
- STEP 1 - Download the application form (you will need to download the latest version of adobe reader for free here). Mac Users please note that the application form does not work correctly using “Preview”. In order to complete the attached form successfully you will need to download the Mac version of adobe reader.
- STEP 2 - Read the information carefully on the front page of the application form.
- STEP 3 - Complete the application form with as many details as possible. Required fields can be highlighted by clicking the “Highlight Fields” button on the top right. Don’t forget to select a Team and Week.
- STEP 4 - Save a copy of your completed application form.
- STEP 5 - Submit your application form by attaching the saved copy of your form, along with your photograph, and send it as per the instructions on the bottom of the form to applications@keswickministries.org. You will receive an automated acknowledgement within 48 hours after submitting your form.

- STEP 6 - Wait for us to contact you! Once we receive your form & photo we will contact your named referees and process your application, getting in touch with you once a decision has been made (usually within 4 weeks of receiving your application form).
NB. Please tell us and provide copies of relevant certificates if you hold a current medical or first aid qualification, and would be willing to use these skills to serve Convention.
