Special Celebrations
Celebrations for people with learning disabilities.
These special times have been carefully programmed by the ministry team from PROSPECTS who support 180 church-based groups across the UK to teach and encourage those with learning disabilities in their faith – whilst also giving them the opportunity to express themselves freely in worship and drama. Firm friendships are often established during Keswick and many families are so delighted with the resource offered by PROSPECTS they return year after year.
Ask David about Mission and he will tell you, “Jesus is the most fantastic, perfect friend that I could ever have. He took all my sins away by dying on the Cross for me and for other people.” His experience of worshipping with other people with learning disabilities is that it is “interesting and fabulous”.
