John Lennox

John Lennox is Professor of Mathematics at Oxford University, as well as holding other academic posts. He studied at Cambridge, and holds a number of degrees. John is interested in the interface of Science, Philosophy and Theology, and he has written many articles and several books on these topics. His apologetics titles include God’s Undertaker: Has Science Buried God?, Gunning for God, Seven Days that Divide the World and God and Stephen Hawking. Professor Lennox has also debated a number of the world’s leading atheists including Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens. John and his wife Sally live near Oxford and they have three children. Paul Mallard

Paul Mallard has been engaged in full-time Christian ministry for thirty one years, serving two churches. He is currently the Director of Training and Development for the Midland’s Gospel Partnership. He is married to Edrie and they have four children and four grandchildren. He is thrilled that West Bromwich Albion have had the best season for twenty years.

Rico Tice

Rico Tice was born in Chile in 1966, and grew up in Uganda and Zaire. He was educated at Sherborne School, Dorset and spent a gap year working as a youth worker in inner-city Liverpool. He then studied history at Bristol University, where he captained the rugby side.  Rico was ordained in 1994 and soon after was appointed to the staff team at All Souls as Associate Minister (Evangelism).  He has spent the last few years developing ‘Christianity Explored’ which he co-wrote with Barry Cooper, Christianity Explored product developer.  Rico is a National Director of Christians in Sport and his hobbies are rugby, golf and films.

Sam Allberry
Sam Allberry is Associate Minister at St Mary’s Church in Maidenhead and the author of Connected: Living in the Light of the Trinity (IVP) and Lifted: Experiencing the Resurrection Life (IVP). Prior to joining St Mary’s he was on the staff at St Ebbe’s in Oxford.  Sam grew up in Sevenoaks, Kent, and trained in Theology at Wycliffe Hall in Oxford. His hobbies include American history, bad puns, and slowly perfecting his recipe for Thai green curry.

Evening Celebrations

The Transforming Trinity

Saturday - Friday
7.30pm - 9.00pm

The Evening Celebrations in the Main Tent at Skiddaw Street combine uplifting worship, drama, interviews, prayer and more inspirational teaching. A Crèche marquee on the same site is fully equipped with a live TV relay of the meeting and plenty of toys! Parents are responsible for their own children in this venue. The Kids Club (8-11s) and Youth programme (11-18s) have their own meetings to coincide with the Evening Celebrations.
